We have another way to work together: since our employees are spread across the globe, we have opened a virtual office where we meet when we want. This allows us to maintain social contact with one another. Naturally, we don’t only meet virtually but also get together at different locations around the world. These could be rented offices or conference rooms. Only our back office works at fixed location, but even so, they have the opportunity to work from home or meet colleagues in our virtual office.
