In the banking sector, we developed an extension to an online banking analysis tool – a controlling tool for clients.   Requirements engineering was performed by an external software supplier.  We coordinated and managed the entire implementation, thereby ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery.  To this end, we used a widgets technology based on the portal platform “Back Base”.  The standards were HTML5 and Java (JAP).  Additionally, we acted as the interface between Business and IT, and were responsible for adhering to legal requirements and data protection standards, as well as securing and anonymising data.
We organized onsite and offshore team members, change and configuration management, and business reporting and were responsible for the program’s budget.  Our remiRecruting and placement of skilled personnel and 3rd party providers.
